The GC is definitely one of our favourite places so we were pretty stoked to head up there over the weekend to play at Komune.What made it even better was that not only did the Quiksilver Pro finish that day, but Taj Burrows and Stephanie Gilmore won! Everyone was in a pretty festive mood to say the least! Our set was so much fun and Taj threw a celebration party in the penthouse afterwards so needless to say, we all had pretty sore heads this morning!
We love any excuse to get to the beautiful Gold Coast, expecially when it's for a gig! We played Komune a few weeks ago and it was so much fun that we are back again this week. Perfect timing as it is also the end of the Quiksilver Pro so we are sure everyone is going to be extra festive. Pretty stoked to be playing alongside some of the locals as well, especially our buddies from Bareback DJs who always put on an epic performance. Here's hoping we get the penthouse again.
